A leading SaaS company is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join their agile delivery team on a contract basis. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on development and strategic influence, allowing you to shape system architecture and contribute to product evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive software solutions utilizing a modern technology stack.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, quality assurance, and engineering leadership.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.
- Maintain and improve existing systems with a focus on continuous enhancement.
Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience with C# and .NET (both Framework and Core).
- Proficient in frontend development using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and either React or Vue.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS, particularly with serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CDK.
- Strong understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and code maintainability.
- Knowledge of API integration and secure development practices, including OWASP.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Familiarity with PCI or ISO standards.
- Exposure to VoIP technologies.
- Knowledge of Python or AI-related development.
Working Conditions
This position follows a hybrid working model, requiring occasional travel to London or Ipswich, approximately once per month.
Compensation
The daily rate for this role ranges from £400 to £475, reflecting the expertise and experience required.
