Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead and architect for machine learning projects within your team.
• Independently develop and execute machine learning strategies for key product features including Search, Retrieval, Ranking, and Content AI.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, validating, and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning techniques, feature engineering, and deep learning.
• Ability to adapt and modify state-of-the-art architectures to address complex business challenges.
• Experience with multi-task learning, ranking systems, and Content AI is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, along with familiarity with data versioning and experiment tracking tools.
