We are seeking a Senior Director of Programme Management to join our Data & Technology Solutions (DTS) team in London. This role involves overseeing critical initiatives and collaborating with various teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance marketing transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of various programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Data, and Finance.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders within the Data & Technology Solutions (DTS) team and the broader organization.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure momentum is maintained across various workstreams.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new products, platforms, technologies, and operational methodologies.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep programmes on track.
• Document lessons learned and apply insights to enhance future project delivery.
• Take charge of smaller projects requiring direct involvement in delivery.
• Assist in planning and prioritizing initiatives within the Strategic Programmes portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading complex programmes and projects that involve multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering technology, operational, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies and governance.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges effectively.
• Confidence in engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Capability to blend strategic thinking with practical, hands-on delivery.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or supporting the professional development of others.
• Collaborative mindset focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.
