We are currently looking for a Platform Product Lead specializing in Integration & Orchestration. This role is crucial in managing the platform capabilities that connect production workflows, data, and systems across WPP’s global production ecosystem. The successful candidate will work within the Enterprise Technology team and collaborate with various business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure reliable integrations and scalable orchestration capabilities that meet Production Operations requirements.

  • Define acceptance criteria that clearly outline success, failure, and edge-case scenarios to support estimation, development, QA validation, and release readiness.
  • Act as the primary owner of the Atlas platform backlog, ensuring that integration and orchestration capabilities are prioritized and developed in line with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in roles such as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Technical Analyst, Platform Owner, or Integration Lead within a complex enterprise setting.
  • Strong knowledge of API design, API-led integration, system-to-system integration, workflow orchestration, event-driven patterns, domain-driven design, and data exchange.
  • Experience managing a technical backlog in an agile environment, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and refinement.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA teams.
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements for enterprise platforms, including security, performance, resilience, observability, scalability, data quality, error handling, and operational support.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, QAs, architects, product teams, operations, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex integration concepts in accessible business language.
  • Confidence in facilitating discussions, managing expectations, resolving ambiguities, and influencing priorities across multiple teams.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in media, content production, marketing, or workflow-driven environments.
  • Exposure to iPaaS, API management, orchestration, or enterprise integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems across workflow, finance, resource, asset lifecycle, or approval systems.
  • Experience with finance integrations, risk and control processes, or regulated enterprise workflow environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Miro, or similar collaboration and delivery tools.

Company Culture:
