We are seeking a Principal Research Manager/Senior Principal Research Manager to lead and manage innovative research projects at Microsoft. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

- Experience with statistical analysis software and research methodologies.
