The Partner Upskilling Lead for Search in the EMEA region plays a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of agencies and partners within Google’s media platforms. This position involves defining and implementing a comprehensive enablement strategy and learning roadmap tailored to address the specific needs of partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and define the overall enablement strategy and learning roadmap for a key product area in your region by assessing partner, product, and service delivery gaps.
  • Identify priority capability areas and create targeted learning initiatives to address skill deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with regional partner delivery managers to provide training and oversee the certification process to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified, product-ready agencies and partners.
  • Work closely with various teams including gTech Ads, Product, Marketing, and Sales to create and implement service package bundles aligned with annual objectives.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to foster trust, manage expectations, and enhance demand for services.
  • Lead projects that contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment, supporting the team’s distributed culture and large-scale internal operations.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing projects that involve cross-functional or cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience with global agency ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads products and media services.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across diverse global teams and cultural contexts.
  • Strong communication, people management, and presentation skills, with the capability to influence cross-functional and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and execution skills.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills, particularly in navigating ambiguous challenges.
