Role Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs that encompass key design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Provide updates to senior management regarding project progress.
• Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing work.
• Create comprehensive programs tailored for clients.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure project alignment.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
• Review project progress and changes, assessing their impact on the established schedule.
• Perform delay analysis when necessary and prepare reports to support any Extension of Time (EOT) applications.
• Maintain precise records of project activities.
• Stay informed about changes in legislation that may affect projects.
• Act in the best interests of the company and undertake additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tender stage planning and contractual activities.
• Have a thorough understanding of all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in the construction process from feasibility studies to final project handover.
• Ability to navigate challenges throughout various construction phases.
• Proficient in IT, with experience using Asta PowerProject and MS Project.
• Exhibit a methodical approach to tasks.
• Show a loyal and dedicated work ethic.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Confident in presenting information and commanding respect from peers.
