As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Banking team, you will engage with leading financial institutions to facilitate market infrastructure transformations focused on regulatory, technological, and operational improvements. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to the growth of the Invent brand, and providing thought leadership in key banking areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow one or more accounts within the Invent portfolio, proactively engaging with clients to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to design and implement the banking systems of the future.
• Lead project workstreams and contribute to Capgemini’s growth through successful delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and analyze challenges that may affect the successful implementation of solutions.
• Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement.
• Engage in business development activities, including leading proposals and contributing to client pitches.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as campaign development and practice development activities.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities to support personal growth and meet the skills demand within the company.

Qualifications:

• Deep experience in Banking and Consulting, with insights into the industry’s future trends.
• Experience across various banking sectors, including payments, retail, private, wholesale, and investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory changes in banking, including roles as a project manager or analyst.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and the three lines of defense model.
• Experience in developing technology roadmaps in banking, with insights into digital, AI, cloud, DLT, and cryptocurrency.
• Familiarity with the quant model lifecycle and optimization strategies.
• Experience in people management, with a proven ability to develop team members.
• Ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization and gain support for consulting solutions.
• Background in business development, leveraging existing relationships and personal networks.
