Responsibilities

• Provide essential tools and infrastructure support for Data Science and ML stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of machine learning and AI processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of the technology stack by developing solutions within the AWS cloud environment, utilizing the latest available technologies.
• Establish and maintain a robust, scalable infrastructure to accommodate pre-computed, batch, and real-time model requirements, ensuring efficient deployment and reduced time-to-market for machine learning models.
• Oversee all software engineering aspects, including design, implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance.
• Monitor ML pipelines for accuracy, drift, enhancements, changes, service level agreements, and billing volumes to guarantee accurate processing of all models.
• Encourage a culture of innovation by generating and promoting new ideas within the MLOps domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document requirements for developing high-quality and impactful ML/AI products.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in MLOps, with a focus on building modern ML infrastructure that supports all stages of the model lifecycle.
• Practical experience with AWS and/or GCP, showcasing proficiency in utilizing cloud services for scalable and reliable MLOps solutions.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Exposure to technologies like Seldon, KServe, RayServe, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Sagemaker, Kubeflow, Anyscale, Valohai, ArgoCD, Docker, Python, Java, Ray, Spark, Pandas, Argo Workflow, Postgres, Snowflake, and BigQuery is highly desirable.
• Preferred experience in managing complementary databases, including vector and/or graph databases.
• Hands-on experience in model optimization, particularly in high throughput and low latency applications with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Experience with LLMOps and open-source models is a plus.
• Ability to work across a diverse technology stack and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and platforms.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
