The Role

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be a seasoned leader passionate about experience innovation. Your responsibilities will include leading complex agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products meet business objectives while delivering value to users. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and senior stakeholders to define product strategies and guide your team through the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex agile projects and programs, collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Work closely with in-house teams of developers, designers, and testing engineers to deliver innovative and high-quality products.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from hypothesis and execution to growth and optimization.
• Ensure that products align with business objectives, deliver user value, and have a strong commercial viability.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, strategists, and senior client stakeholders to define product and service strategies.
• Clarify priorities, validate hypotheses, and establish measures of success to ensure successful implementation.
• Guide and mentor other Product Managers and the wider delivery team in complex projects.
• Engage in commercial activities, including pitching, proposals, and business development.
• Define practice strategy and improve capabilities while coaching colleagues for their professional development.
• Champion the use of AI tools in product management and help design AI-powered products for clients.

• Background in building and deploying AI-powered products or capabilities.
• Ability to create tools, scripts, or workflows that extend AI functionalities.
