Lead AI Engineer Overview

We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI systems at an enterprise scale. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between AI prototypes and the integration of data and AI solutions into business operations.

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

• Designing and delivering end-to-end AI/ML systems, managing everything from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
• Utilizing the latest Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks to deliver innovative solutions.
• Translating AI use case requirements into effective data and AI architectures using suitable cloud services.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams to execute complex project requirements.
• Architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and orchestration of large language models across cloud platforms.
• Embedding safety and ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure AI solutions drive business value.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• Experience in a major consulting firm or industry, with a proven ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Experience working with client sponsors to collaboratively design and implement solutions.
• A strong background in MLOps strategy and a track record of delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Experience designing cloud-native data and AI architectures across major platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate the business value unlocked by scaling AI solutions.
