Join Tripadvisor as an International Growth – CRM, Loyalty & Incentives Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer loyalty and retention across diverse global markets. This hybrid position requires you to work in our London office two days a week, while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test region-specific incentive structures, such as cashback, points, and gamification, tailored to local consumer behaviors.
• Adapt the global CRM strategy to reflect regional nuances, directing priorities for email, push, and SMS campaigns across international markets.
• Identify untapped growth opportunities in specific regions through in-depth data analysis and market research.
• Conduct quarterly competitive audits to ensure our CRM and incentive strategies remain ahead of local market trends.
• Utilize AI modeling to identify customer segments at risk of churn and deploy preemptive incentive offers.
• Employ GenAI tools to scale localized content creation and analyze sentiment from regional feedback.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing CRM and/or incentives across at least two distinct global regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
• Deep understanding of behavioral economics and cultural variations in incentive psychology.
• Ability to leverage AI for insight generation and to prototype innovative ideas.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and formulate new hypotheses.
