We are looking for an IAM Delivery Lead to join a significant cyber security transformation program based in London. This role is crucial for leading the design and delivery of an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy while enhancing a global identity estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IAM workstream from project initiation through to business-as-usual operations.
  • Oversee the complete RFP lifecycle, including defining requirements, selecting vendors, and onboarding processes.
  • Establish delivery plans, set milestones, manage budgets, and define success criteria for IAM initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise IAM strategy in line with zero trust principles.
  • Enhance the existing identity estate, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM), identity hygiene, and authentication improvements.
  • Manage relationships with global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and security standards.
  • Facilitate change management and transition services into business-as-usual operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering IAM and identity security programs.
  • Strong background in managing RFP processes and vendor relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), PAM, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Experience working in complex, federated, or global environments.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, MSP, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous.
