Graduate Aerospace Integration Engineer Overview

As a Graduate Aerospace Integration Engineer at BAE Systems, you will play a crucial role in the integration of complex aerospace systems. This position is based in Warton/Samlesbury, Lancashire, and is part of a graduate program that offers a competitive salary of £34,000 per year, along with a £2,000 welcome bonus.

Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing your engineering expertise to solve problems throughout the product lifecycle, managing projects holistically, and collaborating with your team and other departments to develop advanced engineering solutions. You will also be involved in early lifecycle projects for the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) and support the Eurofighter Typhoon with new systems, while innovating for future projects in FalconWorks. Additionally, you will apply systems engineering techniques to define and develop a comprehensive product architecture.

The Air Team at BAE Systems has a rich history in the development, manufacturing, upgrading, and support of leading combat and fast jet trainer aircraft. You will be part of a global network that is dedicated to delivering advanced technology-led defense, aerospace, and security solutions.

To qualify for this role, you must have obtained or be predicted to obtain at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in Aerospace Engineering, any other Engineering subject, or any STEM discipline. The start date for this position is July 5, 2027, and it is a permanent contract.
