The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining and managing the target architecture for the Modern Workplace estate, which includes Identity, Client Devices, Productivity Tools, and Office Technology. This role is crucial for ensuring a secure, integrated, and modern employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the target architecture for the entire Modern Workplace estate.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, and technology roadmaps across multiple towers.
• Act as the design authority for significant workplace changes.
• Architect the integration of various technologies into a seamless employee experience.
• Embed security, resilience, and data protection across all domains.
• Ensure alignment of designs and changes with WPP architecture standards.
• Oversee the workplace technology strategy and explore emerging capabilities.
• Advise leadership on architectural alignment with business priorities.
• Set guidelines for Kyndryl’s implementation of architecture.
• Act as the approval gate for partner architecture decisions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise architecture across the digital workplace.
• Proven leadership in cross-domain architecture at a global scale.
• Practical knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
• Expertise in security-by-design and data protection architecture.
• Strong communication skills to influence various stakeholders.
• Recognized experience in relevant architecture domains.
• Relevant certifications in architecture or platforms.
• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to design for security and scalability.
