We are currently seeking an Asset Management Framework Specialist to join our team in Coventry. This position is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our Asset Management Framework (AMF) and ensuring its documentation is accurate and accessible across the organization.

The successful candidate will support ISO55001 compliance through various assurance activities and performance monitoring, as well as contribute to external certification assessments. You will work closely with the team to conduct asset management maturity assessments and help develop and monitor improvement plans, driving continuous progress within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and evolve the AMF and its documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support compliance with ISO55001 through assurance activities and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in external certification assessments related to asset management.
  • Conduct asset management maturity assessments and track improvement plans.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement activities and ensure timely delivery of actions.
  • Enhance operational and asset risk management approaches.
  • Plan and lead internal audits for compliance with asset management standards and ISO55001.
  • Develop and manage the AMF performance framework, including data tracking and reporting.
  • Create and deliver internal communications to boost awareness and understanding of the AMF.
  • Improve the accessibility and usability of AMF documentation and provide guidance on framework processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in asset management principles and management systems.
  • Experience in a certificated environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with auditing and assurance activities.
  • Solid understanding of risk and project management.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to utilize data for insights.
  • Familiarity with ISO55001 and ISO31000 is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the water or wastewater sector is beneficial.
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Degree in an engineering or science discipline is required.
  • Full UK driving licence is necessary.
