As part of Capgemini’s Insights & Data practice, the AI Solution Leader plays a vital role in assisting clients with the design and adoption of enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. This position involves working closely with an AI Growth Leader in a collaborative model, serving as the technical lead for strategic AI initiatives. You will engage directly with client technology leaders to transition from AI ambition to production-ready solutions that provide measurable business value.
Your responsibilities will include leading discovery workshops to identify high-value AI use cases, defining end-to-end solution architectures, and designing enterprise-scale AI systems. You will assess client technology landscapes and oversee solution design activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Additionally, you will create tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value solutions to facilitate client decision-making.
In this role, you will collaborate with the AI Growth Leader to shape client opportunities and engage with senior technology stakeholders to define AI adoption strategies. You will also provide technical leadership during the early stages of program delivery and work with strategic partners to incorporate leading technologies into client solutions.
To qualify for this position, candidates should have significant experience in Solution Architecture or AI Consulting, with a proven track record in designing enterprise-scale AI solutions. Strong engagement with senior technology stakeholders and a deep understanding of AI technologies are essential. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
