Capgemini’s Global Insights & Data division is seeking an AI Growth Lead to drive the next phase of AI-led enterprise transformation. This pivotal leadership position requires a blend of strategic vision, technological expertise, and hands-on innovation in AI.
The AI Growth Lead will be responsible for defining and expanding Capgemini’s AI solutions portfolio, leading client engagements globally, and implementing Cloud-First and AI-First transformation strategies. This role involves advising C-level executives and industry leaders on leveraging advanced AI technologies to create measurable business value.
Your Role
- AI Strategy & Business Transformation: Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases, translating challenges into actionable AI solution roadmaps.
- Solution Architecture & Delivery: Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
- AI Governance & Responsible AI: Promote ethical AI practices and establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible use of data.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science or engineering.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with cloud platforms.
- Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Relevant AI/Cloud certifications are advantageous.
