Capgemini’s Global Insights & Data division is seeking an AI Growth Lead to spearhead the advancement of AI-led enterprise transformation. This pivotal leadership position merges strategic vision with technology leadership and hands-on AI innovation. The successful candidate will define and expand Capgemini’s AI solutions portfolio, manage global client engagements, and drive transformation strategies centered on Cloud and AI.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-value AI and Generative AI use cases.
• Translating business challenges into scalable AI solution roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Driving AI innovation and supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Developing business cases, success metrics, and value realization frameworks for AI investments.
• Leading the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and adoption of AI solutions.
• Defining solution architecture that leverages machine learning, Generative AI, automation, and cloud platforms.
• Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Overseeing proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments.
• Promoting responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Establishing AI governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Leading cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and business analysts.
• Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Driving AI capability development and organizational readiness.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models, and Generative AI platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Relevant AI/Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS AI/ML).
