Account Executive, Mid-Market Overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Profound, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the company’s reach within the mid-market sector. This position involves leading fast-paced, consultative sales cycles with high-growth organizations and is essential for shaping the go-to-market strategy as the team evolves.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from initial prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
• Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies to generate new business and enhance Profound’s presence in the mid-market sector.
• Maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, balancing strategic discussions with efficient execution.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships that transform initial sales into long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate learning and refine messaging.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, particularly with mid-market accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and adapt strategies to a fast-paced sales environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building new initiatives and achieving early traction.

Location and Compensation

This role is based onsite in one of our offices located in New York City, San Francisco, Boston, or London. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000, excluding commission, and will be determined based on your skills, experience, and qualifications during the interview process.
