• Participating in the transformation journey from strategy to execution, focusing on redesigning portfolio governance and decision-making processes.
• Engaging in business development by leading proposals and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development of our AI-Empowered Agility practice through thought leadership and mentoring.
• Deepening your expertise through advanced certifications and collaboration with senior practitioners.

We are looking for candidates with a strong consulting background, experience in Agile transformation, and a clear understanding of how AI can reshape organizational agility. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A robust consulting toolkit for structured problem-solving and executive engagement.
• Experience in proposition development and Agile transformation program design.
• A developing perspective on AI’s impact on operating models and governance.
• Hands-on experience in implementing scaled Agile practices and managing cultural changes.
