Join Tripadvisor as an AI & Business Intelligence Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in executing data strategies and AI initiatives across our Travel Experiences segment. This position sits at the crossroads of business intelligence, product development, and customer operations, allowing you to convert complex machine learning models and predictive trends into actionable operational strategies.

This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring you to be in the office 2 to 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain reporting schedules for leadership, translating AI model performance and business intelligence metrics into updates suitable for executives.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs that involve Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure timely delivery of business intelligence initiatives.
• Ensure project management discipline across various data initiatives, including predictive search features and dynamic pricing models, while tracking milestones and holding teams accountable.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Product leadership to transform traveler behavior data and business intelligence reports into actionable strategies that enhance the booking and travel experience.
• Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges proactively to prevent delays in project timelines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in program management, specifically in leading technical AI, business intelligence, or data strategy projects.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence frameworks and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau, along with proficiency in SQL and an understanding of AI/ML lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate technical roadmaps that involve collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in communicating complex, data-driven technical concepts in a clear and structured manner to non-technical executives.
• A genuine interest in online travel, marketplace dynamics, and optimizing the traveler journey.
