Your Role

In this position, you will be integral to our defense and aerospace team, working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to create tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and output.
• Leading the delivery of major defense programs, including the creation of business cases and the design of transformation initiatives.
• Engaging in building new client solutions by leveraging a combination of technology, people-centered approaches, and outcome-focused strategies.
• Establishing and nurturing business relationships to generate new opportunities, including forming partnerships and consortiums for bidding on significant global defense projects.
• Fostering personal and team development while pushing the boundaries of what is achievable in the consulting space.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a management consulting role, specifically in delivering complex transformation programs for major aerospace and defense clients.
• Proven ability to cultivate and manage client relationships, establishing trust and credibility within your area of expertise.
• Familiarity with defense programs and the capability to address complex challenges across both public and private sectors.
• Experience in developing AI-augmented propositions and a curiosity about artificial intelligence applications.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team while demonstrating integrity and humility.
