Your Role

In this position, you will collaborate with a talented team to develop and implement strategies that enhance defense outputs and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with colleagues and partners to create and implement solutions that enhance clients’ defense capabilities and efficiency.
• Developing innovative client solutions by integrating technology, human-centered design, and outcome-focused strategies.
• Establishing a commercial approach that aligns with clients’ business objectives to successfully deliver major defense programs.
• Leading the delivery of significant defense projects, including the development of business cases and transformation strategies, ensuring successful implementation.
• Fostering personal and team development while pushing the boundaries of innovation and effectiveness in client engagements.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a management consulting role, particularly in delivering complex transformation projects for major aerospace and defense clients.
• Proven ability to cultivate new business opportunities through strong client relationships and industry connections.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence, with experience in developing AI-enhanced solutions.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and credibility.
• In-depth knowledge of defense programs and the ability to address complex challenges across both public and private sectors.
• Experience in creating commercial models that align incentives between clients and advisors to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Leadership skills that embody integrity and humility, capable of engaging a diverse talent pool to maximize performance.
