Your Role

As an intern, you will be involved in various aspects of our business, including:

• Participating in the origination and execution of mandates while providing distribution and marketing support across different sectors.
• Supporting the team’s origination efforts by contributing to pitch presentations and gaining insights into market trends.
• Engaging in primary fundraising by working closely with General Partner clients throughout the fundraising process from preparation to final closing.
• Assisting in liquidity and strategic solutions by helping restructure funds and aiding institutional investors in liquidating or monetizing their holdings.
• Gaining insights into fundraising, advisory, restructuring, and recapitalization assignments across various real estate market segments.

Your Team

You will be part of the Global Banking Private Funds Group in London, where you will acquire in-depth knowledge of primary and secondary fundraising markets and the real estate sector. Your contributions will play a vital role in advising clients on various market and strategic matters.

Your Expertise

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are in their penultimate or final year of study.
• Are on track for a 2.1 or equivalent in their first undergraduate or bachelor degree.
• Can demonstrate how responsible use of AI can enhance outcomes and efficiency.
