Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive graduate program to build expertise within the CRB business.
- Assist in executing a Global Specialities data strategy by analyzing existing data and analytics practices.
- Gain valuable insights into the insurance industry and client requirements through practical experience.
- Work within a designated line of business while collaborating with the central global data strategy team.
- Apply the organization’s data and analytics strategy to solve everyday business challenges.
- Understand how data is structured, stored, and interconnected across various business systems, gaining hands-on experience with analytical tools.
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze data, presenting insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Establish strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors such as cyber, financial institutions, marine, and construction.
- Engage in continuous professional and personal development through tailored learning journeys and a thorough induction.
- Receive support while pursuing the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship qualification.
Requirements
- A natural problem solver with strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.
- Able to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Curious and eager to learn and apply new knowledge.
