This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Bloomberg products and financial markets through the Analytics and Sales program. You will undergo a thorough training regimen that equips you with the knowledge necessary to assist clients effectively in the Analytics department.
Your role will involve providing round-the-clock support to Bloomberg Professional Service users across various industries, addressing over 12,000 queries daily in more than 15 languages. You will help clients maximize the value of Bloomberg’s offerings, from educating portfolio managers on risk management solutions to assisting traders in discovering new market liquidity sources.
As part of your responsibilities, you will proactively engage with clients to ensure they are informed about new products and enhancements, providing on-site training and seminars as needed. You will also collaborate with the Sales team to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring that clients are onboarded smoothly and are making the most of the services available to them.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of market dynamics and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be fluent in both German and English, hold a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, and demonstrate a keen interest in the financial services industry.
