    Reason for the Error

    An attempt to allow anonymous access through a dynamically authenticated Database Access Descriptor (DAD) was prohibited.

    Solution

    Make sure the Database Access Descriptor (DAD) is not dynamically authenticated before allowing anonymous access through it.
