Reason for the Error

The recipient of a message with LOB attributes was using an Oracle 8.0 release. Propagation of LOB attributes is supported only in Oracle 8.1 and higher releases.

Solution

Upgrade the target release to Oracle 8.1 and retry. Or, change the object type definition to one that does not use LOBs.
