    Reason for the Error

    The requested operation failed because an incompatible Logical Standby metadata operation such as DBMS_LOGSTDBY.SET_TABLESPACE, DBMS_LOGSTDBY.APPLY_SET or DBMS_LOGSTDBY.INSTANTIATE_TABLE was still running.

    Solution

    Wait for the incompatible Logical Standby metadata operation to finish, then reenter or respecify the operation.
