ORA-15492: command or option incompatible with ASM volumes
Reason for the Error
An attempt was made to use a feature which is not compatible with existing ASM volumes. A common example is adding a disk to the diskgroup that is unsupported by ASM volumes.
Solution
Omit the option from the command.
