ORA-06803: TLI Driver: the IPX device file could not be opened
Reason for the Error
The /dev/ipx file does not exist, or the driver has not been installed in the kernel correctly.
Solution
Reinvoke the Oracle root installation. If problem continues, contact your customer support representative.
