    Reason for the Error

    You encountered the ORA-00020 error while connecting to Oracle. Due to a user’s inability to connect, the ORA-00020 is a major production error.

    It may be caused by the “zombie” connections to Oracle that are disconnected and inactive (0r) limit with the number of connected processes.

    Solution

    You can verify and increase the processes parameter to solve this error.
