Reason for the Error
GNS was unable to contact Cluster Synchronization Services in order to retrieve the name of the cluster.
Solution
This error is most probably caused by the Cluster Synchronization Services daemon being down. If the daemon is running, contact Oracle Customer Support and provide them with the error code.
