We are looking for an experienced Threat Defence Delivery Manager to spearhead a crucial workstream within a significant cyber transformation initiative. This position is pivotal in consolidating and enhancing the organization’s threat detection and response capabilities across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of a unified Security Operations Centre (SOC) to provide a comprehensive view of security events while facilitating federated reporting for various business units.
• Oversee the selection and onboarding process for a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), managing the phased migration of systems and services over several years.
• Drive the implementation of advanced security technologies, including Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth transition to regular operations.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by enabling the rapid onboarding and offboarding of businesses into the SOC environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading SOC consolidation initiatives and implementing EDR/SIEM solutions.
• Strong understanding of cyber security operations, frameworks, and standards.
• Excellent skills in programme and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-year projects while balancing risk, budget, and benefits realization.
