As a Technical Business Analyst Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to driving digital excellence through innovative technology solutions. Your Role

• Acting as a liaison between business and IT, translating business objectives into technical features and user stories.
• Facilitating CI/CD pipelines by leveraging your understanding of IT delivery frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Conducting system and data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
• Managing the product roadmap and collaborating with product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams to prioritize and refine the backlog.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products.
• Familiarity with technical architecture and the ability to produce technical documentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• A willingness to work with database schemas and perform data manipulation tasks.
• The ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research and solution design to development, testing, and release.
• Experience in building and prioritizing an agile backlog for technical implementation.
• Flexibility to adapt to various delivery methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• A keen interest in contributing to community development and capability growth.
