As a Senior Manager within the AI & Digital Trust practice at Capgemini Invent, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex client engagements and shaping strategic solutions that address the challenges of cybersecurity and risk transformation. Your expertise will help organizations navigate emerging risks while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Your Role
In this position, you will:
- Lead multiple teams and senior stakeholders through ambiguity and change, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making among C-suite executives and technology leaders.
- Own client relationships, focusing on engagement quality and commercial performance.
- Drive business development initiatives, including proposition development and market-facing thought leadership.
- Build and scale Digital Trust capabilities through innovation and community leadership.
- Coach and develop future leaders within the organization.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a major consulting firm or relevant industry, with a strong consulting background.
- A proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization and enlist support from peers.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery.
- Strong business development skills, capable of generating significant consulting revenues.
- Expertise in areas such as GenAI Security and Risk management.
