Your Role

As a Technical Business Analyst Consultant, you will be part of the Digital Excellence community, collaborating with colleagues to drive technology projects across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a liaison between business needs and technology, ensuring that solutions are robust and aligned with client outcomes.
• Translating business objectives into valuable technical features and user stories that guide product development.
• Utilizing IT Delivery Frameworks and DevOps practices to facilitate smooth continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Conducting system and data analysis to identify improvement areas and inform decision-making.
• Managing the product roadmap, prioritizing tasks, and refining the backlog in collaboration with product owners and development teams.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products.
• Familiarity with technical architecture and experience in technical writing.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Ability to perform data manipulation tasks including cleaning, transformation, and aggregation.
• Experience in facilitating end-to-end delivery processes, from research and solution design to development, testing, and release.
• Capability to build and prioritize an agile backlog for technical implementation.
• Adaptability to different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
