Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide exceptional service and support to content partners and customers, ensuring Bloomberg remains the preferred platform for content distribution. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee the quality of data delivery for Mutual Funds and ETP products, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve data coverage, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to content partners, managing high-priority accounts.
- Maintain and enhance the quality of the funds dataset, including critical data facets such as pricing and dividends.
- Develop expertise in your market and strengthen relationships with fund houses, custodians, administrators, exchanges, and third-party content partners.
- Establish sustainable data pipelines and educate partners on best practices for data dissemination.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain comprehensive profiles for all funds available on Bloomberg.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and develop long-term solutions.
- Take ownership of opportunities to enhance data products and improve customer experience.
- Proactively manage campaigns to engage content partners and ensure high-quality contributions.
- Balance technical and product knowledge to implement effective solutions.
- Write detailed specifications and requirements for projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven relationship management skills.
- Strong project management abilities and task prioritization.
- Logical problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term solutions.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive for continuous improvement in product development.
- Excellent communication skills in French or another European language is a plus.
- Master’s degree or certifications like CFA or CAIA are desirable.
- Experience in customer service or client relationship management is beneficial.
- Knowledge of information technology and statistical analysis, including Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
