Tech Assurance Delivery Lead Overview

We are looking for a Tech Assurance Delivery Lead to join a significant cyber security transformation program in London. This role involves delivering projects that enhance technical control assurance, security hygiene, and resilience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of Tech Assurance projects, establishing the scope, plans, milestones, and criteria for success.
• Implement second-line assurance initiatives, which include control testing, continuous monitoring of controls, and enhancements in vulnerability and patch management.
• Develop and monitor assurance metrics to provide insights into control performance, risk posture, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective delivery, governance, and a seamless transition into business-as-usual operations.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in delivering cyber security, technology, or control assurance projects within large, distributed organizations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, GDPR, SOC2, and IEC62443, along with control assurance practices.
• Experience in metrics development, reporting, and continuous control monitoring for second-line assurance.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and program delivery, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
