We are thrilled to announce an opening for a full-time Class Teacher and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) at our welcoming one-form entry school, Blandford St Mary CE Primary School. This position is fixed term, commencing on 1 January 2027 and concluding on 31 August 2027.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Year 2 class while also overseeing SEND across the school and nursery. You will work closely with our Deputy Headteacher, who will share teaching responsibilities, allowing you dedicated time for SENDCo duties. This structure ensures that you can focus on leadership tasks, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with families and external professionals without the immediate pressure of returning to the classroom.
