Join BAE Systems as a Summer Intern in the Digital Intelligence division, where you will play a crucial role in Cyber and Vulnerability Research. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on work within the Cyber Security domain, focusing on researching new technologies and developing impactful software solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on Cyber and Vulnerability Research, focusing on the technical aspects of Cyber Security.
- Research new technologies and create software that addresses real-world challenges.
- Work across various platforms, including desktop, mobile, and embedded systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have achieved or be predicted to achieve at least a 2:2 in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C#, C++, .NET, Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin.
- Experience with Vulnerability Research and Reverse Engineering tools like IDA, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, and Frida.
- Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, Web Sockets, and REST.
- Understanding of operating systems such as Linux, Windows, and MacOS.

This internship is set to begin on June 21, 2027, and will last for 12 weeks. BAE Systems is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and supported.
