As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with customers to enhance their existing solutions and address business challenges through sophisticated modeling. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers daily to convert their current solutions and business issues into advanced multi-dimensional models.
- Documenting and understanding business requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Designing and building applications on the Pigment platform tailored to customer specifications.
- Training and co-developing with customers to foster their independence in using the solution.
- Participating in or leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Integrating source software and managing migration solutions, including connectors and APIs.
- Serving as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team to enhance the planning platform.
- Leading cross-functional projects to refine methodologies and processes.

- Exceptional skills in building complex systems and simplifying them for stakeholders.
- Comfort with managing large amounts of unstructured data, with the ability to structure and validate it effectively.
- A strong desire to learn, especially in diverse domains, as you will work with various customer use cases.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, characterized by empathy and dedication.
- A strategic mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing products and respond strategically to customer needs.
- Experience in achieving multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
- An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
