Anaplan is seeking a highly motivated Solution Implementation Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. This role is pivotal in optimizing business decision-making through our advanced AI-infused scenario planning platform. In this position, you will lead complex implementations, ideally within Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Workforce Planning. You will be responsible for managing multiple enterprise programs, ensuring adherence to budget and scope, and acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Drive Delivery Excellence: Lead Anaplan deployments, establishing governance and uncovering hidden assumptions.
• Commercial Acumen Required: Understand project finance fundamentals critical to successful delivery.
• Be the Strategic Anchor: Align with customer stakeholders from operational leads to C-suite.
• Master Complex Programs: Navigate intricate programs while balancing scope, risk, budget, and resources.
• Accelerate Decision-Making: Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions.
• Build Consensus: Use negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and maintain project momentum.
• Champion Excellence: Implement the ‘Anaplan Way’ methodology for user-friendly solutions.
• Deliver Transparency: Provide clear reporting on project status and portfolio health.

• Demonstrated history of exemplary program or project management across large-scale initiatives.
• Deep experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to recover complex projects led by partners or vendors.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning is a bonus.
