In this high-impact role within the Cloud Advisory capability unit, you will contribute to Capgemini’s leadership in cloud transformation across various industries. As a Consultant/Senior Consultant focused on Cloud Operating Model Transformation, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in designing, assessing, and evolving cloud operating models that prioritize automation and are ready for AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on the operational and organizational impacts of cloud transformation, helping clients develop AI-ready business models.
• Conduct assessments and audits of existing cloud operating models, identifying areas for improvement and translating findings into future-state designs.
• Design target cloud operating models and service management frameworks that align with clients’ strategic ambitions and cloud maturity.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cloud operating model transformations, using operational metrics to recommend improvements.
• Utilize skills in strategy development, service management, and agile delivery to achieve digitally enabled business outcomes.
• Collaborate with various organizational levels to innovate and implement cloud transformations, contributing to the consulting practice’s growth.
• Advise clients on the practical application of large language models and agentic AI within cloud operating models.
• Support clients in understanding AI governance considerations, including data quality and transparency.

Requirements

• Experience in transforming businesses through technology and redefining operational processes.
• Proven skills in ITIL V4 and/or V5 best practices, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Certification in ITIL V4 and/or V5 is highly valued.
• Familiarity with GenAI tooling and platforms, and their integration into cloud operating models.
• Interest in agentic AI patterns and their impact on IT operations.
• Experience with DevOps principles, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in managing solutions on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Background in consulting or experience in a major consulting firm.
• Ability to succeed in a matrixed organization and engage peers in delivering consulting solutions.
• Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning in the AI field through certifications or personal projects.
• Experience in business development and leveraging existing relationships for client engagement.
