Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test software to support core products and internal systems.
• Create and maintain software build and test specifications.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance software testability and quality.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, and technical partners regarding software issues.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Perform additional project or testing tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Skills and Experience

• A technical background with a solid understanding of the software engineering lifecycle, especially in testing and integration.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in testing software for Windows-based PCs.
• Experience in writing test plans, specifications, and reports.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for automated testing and builds.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in building software and software installers.
• Prior experience in a technical or engineering organization.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
