Job Overview

The Summer Analyst Program spans 10 weeks, providing participants with hands-on experience through training sessions and real-world projects. After an initial week of training, participants will be placed in teams where they will focus on financial analysis, business development, client engagement, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends and analyze the effects of macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials that support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth, identifying opportunities for data-driven insights and AI capabilities.
• Assist in process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks, exploring the use of AI/ML tools for task automation and improved decision-making.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of AI-powered automation in enhancing operational workflows and reducing manual efforts.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improving service offerings, utilizing various analytical techniques and interpreting insights from advanced analytical models.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership, effectively communicating complex data analyses and insights derived from AI tools.

Qualifications

• Must be a university student graduating in Summer 2028, with a target of achieving a 2.1 degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, lookups, and basic modeling, along with familiarity with PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Exposure to analytical platforms or a willingness to learn about AI-specific tools such as natural language processing applications and machine learning dashboards is advantageous.
• A keen interest in financial services and a desire to understand how technology, particularly AI, is transforming the industry.
• Demonstrated curiosity about the application of AI for enhancing efficiency, client experience, and risk management.
