OC&C Strategy Consultants is seeking talented graduates for the role of Associate Consultant in our London office for the 2027-28 period. This position offers a starting salary of £54,000, complemented by a £7,000 signing bonus and annual performance bonuses. Candidates can begin their journey with us in March 2027, September 2027, January 2028, or March 2028, depending on availability.

As an Associate Consultant, you will engage in a variety of projects across multiple sectors, typically working on ten projects each year. This role emphasizes a collaborative approach to problem-solving, allowing you to develop tailored solutions for our clients. You will receive extensive training and coaching from our experienced partners and senior team members, ensuring a rapid learning curve.
