As a Senior Consultant in Service Management at Capgemini Invent, you will be part of the Cloud Advisory team within the Business Technology unit. Your role will involve leading the design and delivery of enhanced service management capabilities, processes, and operating models that align with ITIL v4, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. You will guide clients through the evolution of their service frameworks, focusing on governance, skills, culture, tooling, and organizational structure.

Your responsibilities will include defining actionable roadmaps for transitioning from on-premise to hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring that service models are scalable and resilient. You will also champion an AI-first mindset by embedding automation into service management designs and processes, delivering measurable business value and operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will contribute to practice development and support business growth through leading proposals, client pitches, and internal initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have practical experience in designing and implementing Service Management frameworks aligned with ITIL V4, optimizing ITSM tools, and defining operational models. Strong client-facing skills and a background in business case development and commercial processes are essential. A proven track record of leading advisory projects, managing teams, and building trusted relationships with clients is required. Familiarity with managing cloud centers of excellence and knowledge of ITIL frameworks, SIAM models, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments is also important.
