As a Senior Consultant in Service Management at Capgemini Invent, you will be part of our Cloud Advisory team, which is dedicated to helping organizations adopt cloud technologies to enhance their business models, accelerate growth, and ensure compliance while minimizing their carbon footprint.
Your Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and implementation of service management capabilities and processes aligned with ITIL v4, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Guiding clients through the evolution of service frameworks, focusing on governance, skills, culture, tooling, and organizational structure.
- Defining actionable roadmaps for transitioning from on-premise systems to hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Promoting an AI-first approach by integrating automation into service management designs and processes.
- Contributing to the growth of the consulting practice through sustainable transformations and business development initiatives.
- Engaging in business development activities, including leading proposals and client pitches.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in designing and implementing Service Management frameworks aligned with ITIL V4.
- Strong client-facing skills and a background in business case development.
- A proven track record in leading advisory engagements and managing teams.
- Experience with cloud centers of excellence and understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Experience in consulting firms or industries with a service management focus is preferred.
